You’re about to step into one of the biggest transitions of your life...and there’s almost no support for it.

Everyone tells you to “enjoy maternity leave”…
But no one prepares you for:

  • the emotional whiplash of going back to work

  • the guilt of leaving your baby for the first time

  • the pressure to “bounce back” like nothing happened

  • the anxiety about pumping, childcare, and boundaries

  • the fear of disappointing your manager

  • the identity shift no one prepares you for

You deserve a plan; not guesswork, not chaos, and definitely not burnout.

Your maternity leave isn’t just about stepping away.

It’s about how you come back.

Trusted by working moms and featured in…

Most workplaces still treat maternity leave like just a form to file, not a life transition to plan for.

Which is why so many moms:

  • prepare their handoffs but not their comeback

  • return to overflowing inboxes, unclear expectations, and zero guidance

  • feel guilty, anxious, and behind from day one

  • cry during daycare drop-off and meetings

  • feel unsupported, overwhelmed, and alone

And because no one gives you a roadmap for the return, most moms feel like they’re failing - when really, they were never set up to succeed.

This isn’t a “you” problem.
It’s a system problem, and you deserve tools to navigate it with clarity and confidence.

No one taught us how to plan for this transition...not at work, not in school, not even in childbirth class.

I became a maternity leave coach because I lived this transition twice: unsupported, overwhelmed, and expected to “just figure it out.”

I spent a decade in advertising and strategic operations and I know exactly why moms fall through the cracks and what actually supports them through reentry.

I built this system because it's exactly what I wish I had with my two maternity leave experiences, and every mom deserves to return to work supported, not sidelined.

You don’t have to earn your flexibility or prove your worth. You just need a plan that honors your reality. This is that plan.

1 in 3 new moms leave the workforce within 1 year after having a baby due to lack of support and burn out. But that doesn't have to be you.

This is the only maternity leave plan that prepares you for BOTH sides of the transition: leaving AND returning.

What’s Inside...

You’ll receive three professionally designed workbooks + a customizable Maternity Leave+Reentry Plan Google Doc that you can share with your manager or HR to align expectations before and after your leave.

Each piece builds on the next to take you from “I don’t even know where to start” to “I have a complete, confident plan.”

Workbook 1: The Maternity Leave Planner

Design your leave with clarity, boundaries, and confidence.

Learn how to plan your leave timeline, clarify expectations with HR, and prepare your manager for a smooth transition without overextending yourself.

You’ll:

  • Define your leave dates, benefits, and coverage plan

  • Set communication preferences for while you’re out

  • Prepare a simple, effective manager conversation

  • Draft a flexible return proposal you can adjust later

Most guides only tell you how to hand off your work — not how to protect yourself when you come back.

Workbook 2: The Reentry Roadmap

Ease back in with a plan that protects your peace.

Instead of “jumping back in,” you’ll use a proven 30-60-90-day roadmap to re-onboard sustainably and rebuild confidence at your own pace.

You’ll:

  • Create a realistic return plan for your first 90 days

  • Set expectations with your manager and team

  • Build routines and boundaries that prevent burnout

  • Reconnect with your professional rhythm on your terms

Returning to work shouldn’t feel like survival mode. This roadmap gives you structure, boundaries, and sanity.

  • Master scripts for setting boundaries and priorities

  • Reframe requests as shared wins for your team

  • Regain your professional voice and confidence

If you’ve ever struggled to speak up at work... this playbook gives you the exact words.

By the end, you’ll walk away with:

    • Scripts to ask for flexibility, pumping time, and calendar boundaries

      • A personalized 30-60-90 return-to-work roadmap

        • A plan to protect your mental health and avoid burnout

          • Clear expectations with your manager - no awkward guessing

            • A grounded sense of who you are now as a mom and a professional

You’ll go from feeling anxious and unprepared to feeling organized, supported, and ready for what’s next both at work and at home.

              FAQs

              • When should I start this?

                • Ideally between 24–34 weeks of pregnancy when you’re planning your leave and starting to prepare your team.

              • Do I need to share it with my manager?

                • Only if you want to. The system helps you clarify what you want first, then equips you with the language and confidence to communicate it clearly. You will take the customizable Google Doc Reentry Plan to your manager to co-create together though.

              • How long does it take to complete?

                • Most moms complete it in 2–3 sittings (about 90 minutes total). You can go at your own pace and start it before leave, work on it during leave, and once you get back to work.

              • Is this a course or a coaching program?

                • Neither, it’s a professional toolkit. No videos. No homework. Just practical, fillable frameworks designed by a leadership expert and mom of two toddlers.
