The Reentry Blueprint System
For new & expecting moms to plan your maternity leave. Design your return. Communicate with confidence.

And while everyone tells you to “soak it in,” you’re quietly wondering…
How do I actually prepare for this without dropping the ball at work or losing myself in the process?
You’ve spent years building your career, and now you’re about to pause it for something far more life-changing. But maternity leave isn’t just about leaving.

We forget to plan the return to work transition, so there's an unspoken expectation or assumption that you're fine, you'll be back at 100% on day 2, and don't need any support or flexibility.
And so many moms end up...
Juggling HR paperwork while trying to remember their due date.
Over-preparing work handoffs but under-preparing their reentry.
Coming back to work exhausted, anxious, unsupported, and unsure of where they fit anymore or how to advocate for what they need.
No one taught us how to plan for this transition...not at work, not in school, not even in childbirth class.
I built this system because it's exactly what I wish I had with my two maternity leave experiences, and every mom deserves to return to work supported, not sidelined.
You don’t have to earn your flexibility or prove your worth. You just need a plan that honors your reality. This is that plan.

Step-by-step instructions on how to use the system
★★★★★
I’ve been in corporate for 12 years and felt so lost after my first baby and wanted to have a better experience this time around. It gave me language I didn’t even know I was allowed to use like, it’s okay to ask for a phased return? Total game changer.
★★★★★
This is honestly a game changer. I hope more moms find this resource bcause it's a really easy way to plan for your maternity leave and going back to work. Like I've never even heard of a plan like this before, and I know so many other moms who never had support either. But now I can set myself up for a better return to work.
★★★★★
I wish I had this with my first maternity leave because there was no plan and no support. This time around, I'm only 7 months pregnant and I feel so much better prepared and I'm not dreading going back to work again!
★★★★★
I grabbed this and went through it during my third trimester. I felt more in control going into leave, and way calmer coming back. I'm pretty type-A and like to plan everything so this was important to me.
★★★★★
As someone who is a manager and an employee going on maternity leave, this is so helpful for managers too. Because there's no training for how to handle new moms, but now as a mom I know what to ask for and how to structure conversations for a win-win.
★★★★★
I sent this to a few of my other mom friends because it's that amazingly helpful, and it blew their minds! I'm in a pregnancy mom group and they're so excited to use it also because we've literally been talking about dreading going back to work after having a baby already, but this is going to make it such a better experience, so thank you!!
When should I start this?
Ideally between 24–34 weeks of pregnancy when you’re planning your leave and starting to prepare your team.
How long does it take to complete?
Most moms complete it in 2–3 sittings (about 90 minutes total). You can go at your own pace and start it before leave, work on it during leave, and once you get back to work.
Do I need to share it with my manager?
Only if you want to. The system helps you clarify what you want first, then equips you with the language and confidence to communicate it clearly. You will take the customizable Google Doc Reentry Plan to your manager to co-create together though.
Is this a course or a coaching program?
Neither, it’s a professional toolkit. No videos. No homework. Just practical, fillable frameworks designed by a leadership expert and mom of two toddlers.
